Great Reps. Good at hiring you. The more jobs you accept the more they over load you with work.
Cons
Unfairness in job opportunities. Other caregivers apps don't reflect what's on your app. It doesn't matter how good you are, if a manager doesn't like you, they won't give you the job they had assigned to you.
