Like many other companies, Honor benchmarks our pay against national averages and provides opportunities for merit adjustments annually. We review our pay structure regularly and can confirm that we offer equal pay for equal work. And like other growing, purpose-driven tech companies, we invest our funding in developing solutions to the challenge we’re out to solve: in our case, caring for the ballooning aging population.
