I don't think there is any Pros

Cons

No flexibility, unable to work from home or hybrid, there is no schedule change, it's a set schedule. Its very repetitive task. the environment is very dull, toxic, mostly older people work there. the only advancement is to become a Liaison, which is basically a CSR III, with more complex calls, Many people quit or have been fire during my time there. Due to the attendance, there is no flexibility with attendance. the PTO and PST, is earned.

very kind staff. understanding people who want to create an environment for patients to thrive

Cons

sometimes stressful but still very rewarding if you remember why you're there.

Pros

good staff and easy to learn and understand expectations of the job

Cons

unsafe ratios and patients to a floor management doesn't seem to care barley any raises not a lot of growth high turnover
