This company is scaling quickly, so we see the growing pains that come with that - quickly changing processes which may sometimes not get documented and some small communication gaps. There's an expectation for new hires to level up quickly, which can be hard for some, so we're actively working on streamlining the onboarding process to address that.

Hook really is a great place to work! The culture is awesome — the perfect balance between friendly and professional. Overall people are excited to come and get stuff done while having fun even when busy. Hook has also given me a lot of opportunity to grow into new roles and new skills, they're really wanting to invest in their people, which is great.

As with any growing business, workload can really be variable. During our busy months it can feel like it's a lot, but never do I feel "expected" to work an unreasonable amount.
