Great hours, pay, very supportive team.

More hours through the summer and more opportunities for advancement.

Support is great. They improve systems based on feedback from employees. You are one to one with students, unlike some of the other companies. This makes the program so much more successful for the students. Very easy to pick up extra opportunities subbing etc..

We all have teaching degrees, so 20.00 an hour is pretty low. I don't mind so much because I have a pension but it would be hard to live on. Other companies that are doing roughly the same sort of thing pay up to 4 an hour more.
