      Pros

      Headline says it all. Hopin is fully remote and global, so the diversity is real. The product is solid and always improving, and employees are encouraged to be proactive. There's no room for anyone looking for a "cush" job; it's busy and you know you're making a difference for your customers.

      Cons

      It comes with the territory, but working remotely in tech means you'll always be let down by bad connections or poor providers from time to time. It is super busy right now, which can mean some longer hours, but that is startup life.
