- The STO organizational model allows each team to have very focused goals. - Low meeting culture prevents over-communication. - There are good technical challenges, not just the ones from yet another OTA. - Great and diverse team members. - Equity is superb.
Cons
On-call rotations and aggressive goals can be exhausting.
