Poor middle and director level leadership Generous salaries paid without clear and/or measured deliverables - hence a company moving 2 steps forward and 1 back at each juncture An immature company that still needs to develop - this will not be possible without strong management to provide direction

Pay generally good with annual bonuses. Some staff very friendly and helpful.

Reorganisations average every six months. Some directors have little understanding of strategy or business planning. Rivalries between directors drain the enthusiasm of staff. The leadership struggles to know what to do and needs a clear vision and business plan.
