      Not bad pay and good building to work in

      Cons

      Leadership changes frequently and processes and procedures cumbersome. Parking only available part of the week on site.

      Exciting project Good location Friendly colleagues Modern offices - e.g. air con, well lit Good onsite facilities - e.g. cafe and close to supermarket and convenience stores Great benefits - e.g. private medical insurance, generous paid maternity leave, 26 days annual leave with option to buy and sell days, good pension

      Cons

      Poor middle and director level leadership Generous salaries paid without clear and/or measured deliverables - hence a company moving 2 steps forward and 1 back at each juncture An immature company that still needs to develop - this will not be possible without strong management to provide direction
