Techs are easy to get along with.

Cons

There is often a lack of leadership and accountability in most departments. The company cares about profits and does not prioritize customer satisfaction. Good luck getting serviced by one of the 5 techs who know what they are doing, unless it's a warranty repair. Customer service is outsourced and not trained well.

Short commute for me. Decent pay

Cons

They don't tell you in the interview that you might not work every day. It's essentially a part time job until just season.
