Great atmosphere, with down-to-earth executive management team

Business & Casual. You can wear a suit to work or jeans and no one bats an eye either way.
The work/life balance is wonderful. Horizon started in Chilicothe as the telephone company Horizon Telcom, and even though they have expanded, transitioned focus to Columbus and have new owners, the family-style management hasn't changed.

Cons
If you need a lot of structure and training, this won't be the right fit for you. Everyone is ready and willing to help you in whatever you need, but you do need the self-starter/go-getter mind set to thrive here.
Communication between the Columbus and Chillicothe offices could be better and I know they are working on it.
