Upper management is not transparent. Expect to never be in the know about anything They do not care about work life balance. Expect your schedule to change whenever They like to talk in circles, so that they never get caught in a lie They will expect you to do work that requires higher pay, but they will not pay you. Ultimately, they do not care about their employees at all, only looking good to the CEO
