Pros
The management team has always been very supportive and approachable, making sure that you have what you need to do your job well. Being a 100% remote company allows you the flexibility to achieve a good work life balance. There is a great sense of teamwork through all levels of my department. Everyone is hardworking, kind and makes you feel as though efforts are seen and appreciated. I have been here a long time, as the company has grown and shifted, and I have always felt as though the company valued me in a way that I feel few companies do.
Cons
Historically, a lack of team members in the HR/Finance departments have meant that systems were not as strong or easy to use, which could make things complicated. (Though this is rapidly improving).
