      I have never worked in a company where the leadership team including the CEO is extremely open, communicative and encouraging 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 and ensure you have every chance at being exposed to opportunities in the company or in the industry. Highlights for me- Flexibility Communicative Ability to lead from the front Encouraging team and leadership that gets involved on calls and ensures you see a pathway to success month on month

      - Strong growth opportunity, I started as an SDR (sales development representative) and progressed to an AE (account executive) - fully remote working environment - lots of travel opportunities both domestic and international (Sales Kickoffs, conferences, seminars, industry events) - Strong renumeration and real equity with vesting and exit events - Scaleup and steep growth trajectory - Great leadership on both levels (SDR and AE) - Efficient teams, strong autonomy

      Cons

      - Startup environments require you to be adaptable and willing to change, the business moves quick and can sometimes be difficult to adjust to if you aren't adjusted to it vs a corporate enviroment
