I love the positive environment that Hot Prospector provides. Management is great and always willing to help and find ways to keep you motivated and inspired to keep going. management is always involved and keeps things fun. Hot Prospector allows room for you to progress and take the initiative. Management is always open to hearing the employees anytime they have a concern or new ideas. Its a great company and a great place to work.
