Pros

The Head Chef is very understanding, I've worked for various restaurants and he tries to stand up for his crew in whatever way possible. I will say this job taught me many great lessons regarding service and hospitality on another level.

Cons

You will work very hard, due to the fact that you don't have a busser or food runner. Although you keep what you earn, if you don't know how to support each other this place isn't for you.

Where to start ... Hmm lousy pay unless you were at front desk.. you couldn't move around until they said so at 6 months but they never would... They restaurant alot of people would get promoted and get the days they wanted. Front desk was ok but for the work they made you do not enough and the guests could be horrible to deal with so the $17 plus change is honestly not enough.. they paid the doorman 9.00 and hour plus tips which was a joke especially since alot of people didn't tip well and they had there favorites who would always get the beat days only... Little did they know that alot of the doorman especially one that's there now would hustle guests with taxis and other things illegal things .. they can never keep an engineer because they don't want to pay enough or pay to fix anything in a new hotel where it was built on the cheap.. that's about it ....
