Super friendly environment- the mgmt really fights for you and wants you to succeed

I was there during covid and as they were just starting up- had to work more than anticipated as part time. but that's not bad when you're making money each shift

- I've made some incredible connections with my fellow staff members, and I feel the company does put some focus on hiring folks from different backgrounds. - The health insurance benefits provided are better than decent. - Most guests are pleasant and tend to enjoy the property.

- Managers drinking on shift and not holding themselves to the same standards they expect from employees. - Unclear expectations in regards to growth trajectory; next to no appreciations or feedback as to how to improve job performance. - Inconsistent Scheduling. - Inadequate pay. -Over-influence from corporate design team that leads to inadequate working conditions for staff.
