      High turnover, terrible management.

      Pros

      super high turnover so if you hate someone, they’re probably gonna quit soon.

      Cons

      Management is horrible and clearly has no actual care or love for the staff. the Food and Beverage director is EXTREMELY fake and evil. Staff comes and goes faster than at any restaurant i’ve ever seen. be ready to work lots of doubles.

      Pros

      Part timers can get benefits too which surprised me at a hotel. I'm not sure if you're eligible at 20+ hours or 25+ hours. That can work really well for some families

      Cons

      One of the most disorganized places I have worked, which is saying something. This could all be different now with lots of turnover and new managers
