Pros
If you're a friendly person and can form relationships, you can have a work family with the non-corporate employees here.
Cons
The corporate side of the company is totally out of touch with how things are ran, and consequently doesn't understand necessary changes even when informed of them. They have very little respect for the wellbeing of anything aside from the business aspect of their hotel. They don't come to truly care about their employees. You will find it difficult to get a raise here.
