Fun environment as it is located downtown where lots of events take place. Makes for a fun check in with weddings, concerts, conventions. Historic property that people like to talk about and decor is attractive. Hilton discounts.

Housekeeping was always an issue for the front desk because we would assign rooms and they were dirty or not ready to be checked into but it showed ready in the system. Management was a bit disorganized.
