Promote from within, and with the company projected growth there will be more opportunities. Leaders mentor emerging talent. Big on diversity and inclusivity. It feels like a family, without losing professionalism. Lots of women in leadership positions. Company truly cares for their employees.

Company has experienced some "growing pains". In the last year there has been some turnover and positions elimination in the corporate office. For some positions, interview process could be lengthy. It is hard to get the entire company together since branches are in different cities from corporate office. Overall not that many cons and minimum to no drama.
