You don't necessarily need to have the skills and experience to do the job you're hired for if you're malleable and submissive

Cons

Zero feedback on performance, lack of opportunities for growth if you push back or challenge intentions, poor culture unless you speak Spanish or will follow instructions without question. Majority of leadership is remote and out of touch
