I don’t understand how HB is still in business - Public Relations Houston Ballet Foundation Employee Review

The culture, the lack of training by employees making this place a nightmare for anyone joining the organization who has a degree and experience in the industry, the condescension of leadership, how development doesn’t talk to any other department and has their own communication team often working against the communication team of HB, board members who use HB to greenwash their reputations for working in oil and gas who only care about being featured in the Society pages of print and digital media than producing quality art, wildly out-of-touch ballet dancers with overinflated egos whose 15 minutes were up a long time ago
