- Poor workforce management, we end up doing tasks that aren't part of the job description. - Salary doesn't follow inflation. - Poor training/développement plan. - Workforce rotation is more frequent for managers position. All managers left since I started working here for almost 5 years now. - Engineering department is ran without a manager for several months.
