Pros
Having been with Hoxton Circle for 2 years now, I have had the opportunity to play a key part in the growth and development of the business. The leadership team is strong and approachable, and working closely with them on a daily basis has really allowed me to hone key skills for my role. Everyone in the business has a voice and suggestions for anything from cultural ideas to improvements to processes are taken on board and discussed in real time. Entrepreneurial behavior is highly encouraged and there is a huge opportunity to increase earnings exponentially.
Cons
As with any young business, everyone has to be very resourceful and use their initiative to the maximum, but this is only a con for people who aren't seeking a growing and dynamic environment where this naturally applies.
