      Pros

      Lovely environment, open door policy. We are always hiring and the business is really growing, it's exciting to see the business free breakfast and lunch which I LOVE there is a big emphasis on development and training which I've taken up CEO is friendly and the other leaders are seated with everyone else so it's nice to have everyone in an open setting

      Would love to do even more social activities as a group
