Would love to do even more social activities as a group

There is a lack of clear strategic direction, which creates an unstable and uncertain environment for employees. The leadership appears to exploit the current economic climate, attracting talent who may feel compelled to accept roles in an organisation that lacks a strong and supportive culture. Employees with less than two years of service are often seen as easily dispensable, with no structured feedback or opportunities for improvement. Performance concerns are not addressed through constructive conversations; instead, terminations are abrupt and impersonal, taking place at 5pm in a boardroom meeting without prior warning or support.
