      Pros

      Most of the people you work with are great. Room for growth.

      Cons

      Management is terrible and you don't get paid what you're worth. They start out giving raises often, but I did not receive one for my last 2 years with them. When I left new hire starting wage was almost what I was making after 12+ years

      Small company focused on establishing foothold in luxury lighting. One building where lighting is crafted and company executives collaborate. Won awards for creative design

      Cons

      Some “made in America “ claims are misleading. Only about 20-30% is made bun US. Most of which is assembling. Everything is from China. Yet local vendors used are few and far between in all actuality. Custom lighting is disorganized and nightmarish. Despite claims of “being able to customize anything”
