3. Management encourages teams to provide feedback; however, if they don't like the feedback, you will hear about it in the team meetings (and not in a professional manner)
4. Even though it is a remote job, there are still clicks, and if you are not part of the click, don't expect to get recognized for your work no matter how hard you bust your ***.
