Pros
Good for Beginners who are struggling to enter the job market. No Such toxic internal Politics Not much workload.
Cons
No overtime pay for remote tasks, only get a half or a day off for Overtime that is on Sundays or Saturdays only. Management is sucks the hierarchy is in mess. HR treats you like a sales agent. Managers have no say. Office has no cultrue only IBEX type culture not a software house
