      Great concept. HR's shift from operational/administrative role to business leader. Work life balance - 9 to 5:30

      Cons

      Decisions are made at the highest level possible, CEO. Delegating means telling somebody to do something, not giving them the power to do it. Rules are enforced based on who you are rather than what you do. Double messages are delivered with a straight face. Performance reviews are annually with no pay increase. No training or development programs DEAD-END JOB Often "messes up" or doesn't pay earned commission.

      Pros

      Great team environment and a great culture. The company has offered me several opportunities at advancement. I have been with HCI for a couple years and have been able to move into new areas and have seen my scope of responsibilities grow. The ability to allow employees to work from home also is a huge benefit and shows that the company trusts its employees to do the work. Highly recommend the organization.

      Cons

      Like any job not all aspects of work will be amazing. With the amount of growth the organization is seeing, I believe we need to recruit more support staff.
