      Pros

      I have been at HRO for 3 years and I love my job. We work hard at HRO but we also have a lot of fun. You have to be on your game at HRO as there is no room for slacking off. We have a half day every Friday and we get out early most other days. Management really cares and we love our clients....and they love us.

      Cons

      Every day is a new day and there are challenges. Although the company is pretty relaxed, our clients are very demanding and there is not room for excuses. We have to work hard and pay attention to the details. Not all our clients appreciate what we do for them and they sometimes blame us for their mistakes but we know Management understands. this make all the difference.

      Pros

      I worked in the US initially and was given the opportunity to work in the UK office for two years. A great experience.

      A great place to work but you have to work hard or you wont survive.

      Pros

      Hard to find any here. Location is good. Some of the employees are very friendly.

      Cons

      CEO/Owner is like working for a dictator. Most disrespectful person you will ever work for. There is no such thing as a work/life balance at this place. Get ready to spend all your waking moments making sure his pockets are lined while you barely get paid. Never felt more worthless in my life then while working here. Doesn't give you any feedback on your performance.
