I have been at HRO for 3 years and I love my job. We work hard at HRO but we also have a lot of fun. You have to be on your game at HRO as there is no room for slacking off. We have a half day every Friday and we get out early most other days. Management really cares and we love our clients....and they love us.
Cons
Every day is a new day and there are challenges. Although the company is pretty relaxed, our clients are very demanding and there is not room for excuses. We have to work hard and pay attention to the details. Not all our clients appreciate what we do for them and they sometimes blame us for their mistakes but we know Management understands. this make all the difference.
