Pros
Lots of friendly and social colleagues, Well-being days, Social events, Paycare health scheme, 3 days per week working from home (although no flexibility at all on this in some teams), Paid leave over Christmas, Regular treats and games in the office, Regular charity initiatives
Cons
Some of the seniors/team heads are unapproachable, intimidating, very strict and hard faced, Favouritism and injustice within some teams, No choice of which projects/clients you work on, which proves difficult when wanting to work on a project you’re most knowledgable in and could work the best on so you do end up struggling with projects you have no experience with or understanding of, Very little diversity in ethnicity, mental health or neurodiversity (regarding ethnicity; some offices are 99% white caucasian which is concerning), Highly sales driven with immense pressure on staff, Poor work-life balance with a lot of late nights unpaid, Far too fast paced = high stress levels, A lot of meetings taking up much of the week, concluding in employees working late to reach deadlines, High staff turnaround, Hired a lot of new employees in 2022 and then made very sudden redundancies to many long-term employees and some new starters a week before Christmas during a cost of living crisis - little job security and sad to see many of our colleagues let go
