1) no management - everyone has different expectations 2) no flexibility 3) a desk job- no one can go out normally without management keeping an eye 4) old employees bully new ones as they fell they will become less valuable 5) the management supports onky boys and girls are told to be respectful towards men and if men says somethings it gets discarded by the management saying that it is woman's fault on how the men are behaving 6) no innovation and growth is acceptable- old culture persists 7) low pay than market standards
