      1. Used to be a great environment despite presence of a few fools 2. Had a lot of potential for engineers to prove themselves

      Cons

      1. Technology team is extremely frustrated since last 4 months when management hired lot of idiots into technology team 2. The new CTO does NOT understand technology and practises only politics 3. CTO has hired few senior jokers who do not understand how to handle team and obey him blindly 4. Lot of people have resigned since January 2013 because of this frustration

      The working culture is really good, there is great communication amongst the employees

      Cons

      The location of the office is in Kurla and the commutation becomes very difficult, especially during the rainy season.
