10yFirstly, thank you for your feedback. It’s always really useful to hear comments from our current and former employees. We’re really sorry that you didn’t have a good experience of working at Huntress a some years ago, as you say, but I can assure you, we have changed immensely since the appointment of our CEO, Chris Leeson in early 2014. While, with any sales driven business, it’s important to work in a structured way with clear goals and targets, we also make sure these are realistic and most importantly achievable. Our commission scheme also ensures that the harder our people work, the more reward they receive, as our commission is uncapped. From feedback that we’ve gathered over the years from our trainee Consultants, this has empowered them to grow and develop their business and we now have a clear career path where anyone can be promoted very quickly if they have the ambition. We also adopt a more flexible approach with consultants who are more experienced and the KPIs are used more as a reference.
