Pros
I worked for more a decade in Europe. Connecting with colleagues in th other sites in easy and everybody is willing to support eah other, Some divisions are very profitable and are in buoyant markets. Safety is authentically top priority. Hood enviroment to start up a carreer.
Cons
Out of 5 divisions, 2 hardly make any money and cost cutting takes place almost every other year. Mid Management is too conservative and doesn't listen to their team. Dissent is not accepted and Management expect full alignment with their idea on the business strategy. Very little possibility for personal growth.
