Great training opportunities. Most are passionate, hardworking individuals. The direction is positive, moving towards better climate action and sustainability and expanding Wayne County reach.

Poor/lack of leadership in very crucial areas. Lack of oversight. Lack of resources and needed personnel. No clear career path, although they make it seem like there is. Sometimes seems like a glorified golf course organization with a little nature/education on the side. Needs to work on improving volunteer opportunities and invasive species management.
