      Pros

      Very friendly coworkers, and overall, it's a fun summer job. Hours are flexible and you're able to take quite a bit of time off if needed. End-of-season bonuses are really nice if you're able to stay on until September-October.

      Cons

      Sometimes not the best communication with upper management. Also not the best base pay, the bonuses do help with balancing that out, though.
