Pros

Seemed like a great gig at first, flexible hours, make your own schedule, commission

Cons

Freelancers were kept in the dark most of the time with people being let go left and right for not working enough hours. Constantly changed their business model which led to a lot of confusion not only for the designers but to the customers as well. Management was weak. Pay structure was constantly changing.

Thank you for the feedback. We are consistently striving to offer the best product possible to our consumer. Unfortunately, this means iterating on our process. What we are doing hasn't been done before which takes a testing sort of environment. We try to be as clear and honest about this so that freelancers know what they are signing up for. We are getting better and better with our process and have taken this feedback into account as we iterate!

Pros

After working with several startups, I knew quickly that this was one that would thrive. The team is small, supportive and extremely focused, and the company's thoughtful culture starts with outstanding, self-aware leadership. Every voice is heard and considered, and failures are viewed as positive experiences to be learned from. Truly a place where you can learn and grow exponentially.

Cons

The company is still in its early stages and is growing and developing quickly, so change is to be expected. This is something that's not for everyone, but comes with the package if you work in tech.

Pros

Flexible hours Work from home The work itself is enjoyable

Cons

Constant change (Literally constant. Totally new format, new pay structure, approach to clients, scripts, etc once a week) Low pay Leadership is weak and unapproachable Little to no communication to freelancers- when there is, it is poorly delivered or comes through the grape vine
