8yThank you for your feedback. The 2 month period being referred to was one where the entire company changed, including the product and business model. Unfortunately, this is not unusual for a start up and meant a new set of needs from the team. We make an effort to provide one on ones with all team members but will continue to strive for open and honest communication!

8yThank you for the feedback. We are consistently striving to offer the best product possible to our consumer. Unfortunately, this means iterating on our process. What we are doing hasn't been done before which takes a testing sort of environment. We try to be as clear and honest about this so that freelancers know what they are signing up for. We are getting better and better with our process and have taken this feedback into account as we iterate!
