Pros
The company has a good policy about staff engagement and also supports bursary for their relevant education/coursework. They also hire their staff directly, not through agencies or third parties. So you are hired by Hyatt not any D-back Recruitment Crook.
Cons
Payment is very low, which I think very normal for a business in hospitality. I do not like to mention that all of the people working there are mostly from the same country/region, which would make things very hard for a different person. Unfortunately, bullies, micro-management and backstabbing is something common for anyone not in their group or not from their region.
