Pros
Great mix of people, and the job really teaches you to multitask. Also, you get to do so many different jobs in FOH that the work goes by really quickly.
Cons
They will find petty reasons to fire people that they don't like. There are lots of brand standards that you must follow, even if it is not the most efficient way to do things.
