Great upward mobility, tons of locations to work at, and comfortable work environment. The company takes time to invest in you and make you a better Sales Manager.
Cons
Horrible bonus structure, some hotels are more fun to work at than others. Most departments at the Hyatt Regency La Jolla are very fun, while the Sales department is selfish, anti-social, and there is no chemistry amongst the reps.
