If a call runs long you are supposed to deduct those minutes from your break time or it counts double against you. Crappy holiday schedules. You don't always have much choice Difficult to get time off, free hotel nights are very limited in availability and takes up to 20 hours of personal time to try to find it and schedule it to use all 12 per year.
