Great diverse co-workers & clientele Lots of opportunities to learn, grow, and promote HR listens when you tell them what you are looking for (moving up & around)
Cons
Usually have to relocate in order to be promoted; which isn't always a con for people. Personally, I'd love to move with Hyatt someday.
