They care about you, you have several opportunities to turn in anonymous reviews as well as a "dial Direct" box for suggestions that go straight to the GM of the hotel. You get to interact with almost everyone in the hotel, though mainly your department. Awesome motivation techniques such as outings and food Meals are provided for free at the staff lounge, every menu different
Cons
It's hard to report a bad manager or supervisor and have them be replaced, because recruiting people is hard.
