Pros
Free lunch, fantastic work environment, dedicated HR staff - this was definitely a place where you are surrounded by experienced and driven professionals.
Cons
There seems to be a "perceived" hierarchy when it comes to positioning within the company... that I did not quite comprehend. (In particular the front desk area... or "rooms"... or whatever it is called.) The leadership of that group was very arrogant and rude to others outside of their team. I guess they considered themselves the "royalty".
