Pros
Management is great and works with employees to create a great working atmosphere. You get a lot of experience in different departments; no need to stand in one place all day. Discount hotel rooms are nice too!
Cons
The hours can be tough: either 7am to 3pm, or 3pm to 11pm shifts. It is a fast paced work environment -- no time to sit down!
